First I did not buy this from Amazon. I bought it from Samsclub
online. This has nothing to do with either company. It has to do
with the quality of the product.
It is a great arcade unit. Same look and feel a regular video
arcade style and feel as we all are use to.
However, DO NOT buy this without some sort of extended warentee. We
had ours for just over a year and the monitor went out. Because
there was only a 90 day warentee we are simply out of luck. After
several email messages we finally got a response from Global to
contact a couple repair shops that are both at least 50 miles away
from us. So needless to say this isn't going to be a cheap repair.
They also NEVER answered our inquiries as to if this is a problem
with all their monitors because this unit has barely been used and
TV's even last longer then this thing did. So if you're going to
fork out the big bucks for this unit, I suggest investing in an
extended warentee of some sort. Because you're gonna need
it...
